Overview
GuideTopics respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on GuideTopics infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (2) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. The counter-notification must include: your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers
GuideTopics has a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
